Sēnmurw – Journal of Iranian Studies

Scope
Sēnmurw – Journal of Iranian Studies is an annual double-blind peer-reviewed publication of the Istituto per l’Oriente Carlo Alfonso Nallino devoted to the study of the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of the Iranian world, literary as well as anthropological and archaeological. Sēnmurw pays particular attention to the multidisciplinary aspects encompassing pre-Islamic and early Islamic times, according to the conception that the persistence of the pre-Islamic tradition in the Iranian world changes radically after the Mongol invasions in the 13th century.
